Gary Bast of Voluntary Benefits Agency, LLC, a vendor member of OASIS, has offered to our members an affordable means of providing certain health insurance as an employee benefit for our member companies. We feel this is a program that has the ability to assist in attracting and retaining quality employees, plus OASIS receives a small marketing fee on all policies written.

For companies with hourly and part-time employees, the challenge of attracting and retaining good workers gets harder every year.  Providing affordable health benefits is one of the biggest obstacles these employers are faced with.  The reality is, traditional benefit programs are becoming cost-prohibitive and increasingly more difficult for employers to manage.
